Welcome to Showit Rundown Studio, a digital platform operated by Roligt AB (org. nr 556961-0198) that provides technical infrastructure for planning, coordinating, and managing rundowns, cue sheets, and production workflows. Showit Rundown Studio is solely a technology platform provider and is not involved in any production, contracting, or commercial relationships between users. All creative and operational activities are conducted entirely between production teams, clients, and collaborators. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our technology platform only.

1. Agreement Hierarchy and Precedence

These Terms apply to all users of Showit Rundown Studio. However, any separate written agreement executed between Roligt AB and a company or production entity shall supersede these Terms in all respects. In the event of a conflict, the separately executed agreement prevails.

2. Platform Overview

Showit Rundown Studio is a web-based tool for planning and managing live shows, broadcasts, and events. The platform enables teams to build rundowns, assign roles, coordinate cues, and share live updates in real time. We provide only the technical infrastructure. All creative content, timing, and operational decisions are made independently by the production teams using the platform.

Our platform serves three main user types:

Production Companies / Studios

Organizations that use the platform to create and manage rundowns. They are responsible for:

• Managing their own projects, teams, and data
• Ensuring compliance with applicable production and labor laws
• Handling communication and contractual relations with clients and crew

Team Members / Collaborators

Producers, technicians, and other staff invited to participate in a rundown or show. Their activities and responsibilities are governed by agreements with their production company or client, not by Roligt AB.

Clients / External Stakeholders

Individuals or organizations viewing or providing feedback on rundowns shared by production teams. All commercial terms, deliverables, and payments are handled directly between these parties.

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

To use Showit Rundown Studio, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Provide accurate registration details
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Use the platform only for legitimate professional purposes

4. User Responsibilities

Production Companies

You are fully responsible for your projects and content:

• Data accuracy and completeness
• Compliance with applicable laws (e.g. GDPR, copyright, labor)
• Secure handling of crew and client information
• Managing payments and contracts externally
• Resolving all disputes related to your production

Team Members and Clients

You agree to use the platform ethically, follow professional conduct, and not misuse project data or credentials.

5. Platform Functionality

Showit Rundown Studio provides only the technical framework for creating, viewing, and sharing rundowns. We do not:

• Participate in productions or creative decisions
• Validate schedules, timings, or content
• Process payments or mediate agreements

6. Payment and Subscription

Roligt AB provides Showit Rundown Studio under a subscription model. Payment terms, billing intervals, and pricing are described in the commercial agreement or order confirmation. We do not participate in financial transactions between production companies and their clients.

7. Platform Use and Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the software
• Access or export data belonging to other users or organizations
• Upload harmful or unlawful content
• Interfere with security or performance of the platform
• Violate applicable laws or third-party rights

8. Data Protection and Privacy

Information We Collect

• Account Data: name, email, organization, role
• Usage Data: login times, project interactions
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information

Purpose of Processing

• To operate and improve the platform
• To provide user support and system notifications
• To ensure security, prevent fraud, and comply with law

Data Sharing

Your data is shared only:

• Within your organization's workspace
• With service providers operating under data-processing agreements
• When required by law or with your explicit consent

8.1 GDPR – Roles and Responsibilities

Production Companies as Data Controllers:

Each organization using Showit Rundown Studio acts as the Data Controller for personal data it uploads or manages.

Roligt AB as Data Processor:

Roligt AB processes personal data only on behalf of and under the documented instructions of the Production Company.

• Purpose: Providing hosting, technical operation, and support
• DPA: A Data Processing Agreement (Article 28 GDPR) governs these roles
• Sub-processors: Trusted infrastructure providers; list available on request
• Retention: Data stored within the EU/EEA and deleted or anonymized when no longer needed

9. Intellectual Property

All software, design, and trademarks related to Showit Rundown Studio are owned by Roligt AB (org. nr 556961-0198). You receive a non-transferable license to use the platform as intended. All content (texts, rundowns, attachments) remains the property of the user or organization that created it, but you grant Roligt AB the right to process and display it as necessary for service delivery.

10. Limitation of Liability

Showit Rundown Studio is a technical service, not a production company. Roligt AB is not responsible for:

• Production errors, timing mistakes, or show content
• Miscommunication between users
• Service delays caused by external systems
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

We strive for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Dispute Resolution

All disputes regarding production work, contracts, or payments must be resolved between the involved parties. Roligt AB may only assist with technical support.

Jurisdiction: Courts of Stockholm, Sweden

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Legal or compliance reasons

Upon termination, your access is revoked and data handled in accordance with retention policies.

13. Updates and Modifications

These Terms may be updated periodically. Major changes are communicated via email and platform notifications. Continued use of Showit Rundown Studio constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
